Hey Guys
I am trying to understand another crash that I had last weekend.
My hexa (setup with sunnysky 2212 980kv, 10x4.5 props and 30A escs, on Arducopter with an Foxtech 3S, 9A) had some injuries in this crash.
I was flying nice and happy on fpv and i belive I lost a propeller (probably my mistake, loose screw or something), because it suddenly tilted to the right side, and i lost control and visual of it (behind some trees).
You can see the crash at the following video, starting at 02:50.

I am trying to figure out some things, and need help..
- I was flying on the arducopter`s loiter mode, so its like the most stable possible (and it is actually a very stable craft), so I was hoping it could recover from a lost motor/prop, pushing harder on the other two at the same side. Am I wrong?
- Also, it is easy to see that it started yawing around itself.. i also hoped that this would not happen.
Well.. after looking at the flight logs (wich are attached), I noticed that throttle got to 100%, and that it was close to 100% almost all the time. So, maybe, I have a bad setup that needs too much power to hover, and thats why I got this disaster?
It has a total of 2,6Kg fully loaded (2 batts, camera, videolink, receiver, etc).
Any tip and help is welcome..
Thank you
Cadu

Hello,
As you said, there is not enough power for your setup (fine at 1.5 kg nor at 2.6).
I had the same problem on my Hexa (6x KDA A20-22L 3s) at quite the same weight (2600g). I overheated one controller, it started to yaw (was in Altitude hold), second motor went off, Hexa flipped then crashed.
