Greetings, newbie here. A bit confused connecting power from PDB to APM (2.5). I have the 2 pin connector from the PDB (it's actually a 3 pin with only Bl & Rd wire)... where exactly on the APM board does it plug into? Can't find any up to date pictures/instructions that show it. I am building a Hexa. Thanks!

If you look through the Wiki you will see that other than a few changes to ports and a couple of additions, the 2.0 and 2.5 are the same.
So the connection instructions on the http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/APM2RC page apply to both 2.0 and 2.5
