I have downloaded ppm update but when I try to update it says "Invalid hex file syntax" What am I doing wrong. Windows 7 . Tried twice on download and yes I did delete first one before downloading second.I clicked save ,should I have clicked run instead? any help?

Try copying the file you are trying to load to the root of your c: drive...some users have reported issues with the path that they had saved the file to was too long for the loader to read.
