My question, when I do a prefetch, is that prefetch only valid for that specific mission?
I would like to do a short, proving mission in the same area where I would like to do a much longer mission, and yes, no internet coverage :-(

MP caches everything you view. and keeps it forever, unless you delete the cache directory
Prefetch downloads the maps in the specified area, why should there be a difference between a short and a long mission ?
You could plan your mission while you have internet coverage and save them and load them afterwards in the field as well (no problem with height information).
