Premade?

Hello everyone,

I am interested in buying a premade UAV with a wireless camera mounted/a prebuilt camera mount. I want preferably something that can hover and can be folded into a backpack.
I am looking to bring it into a warzone such as Afghanistan; my father is U.S. Army and im seeking to join as well. I asked my dad and he said it is fully allowed to bring your UAV. So i thought, $1000 budget and out to go. I looked at Google and saw $8000 for that DraganFly X4 helicopter and realized this wont be an easy task to find. Im a terrible handy man and my electrician skills are worse then an 8 year old with those little electrical radio kits.
What i had in plan is a nice helicopter with a wireless camera mounted on it, propellers can be uninstalled and the entire thing folded/disassembled without/with minor usage of screws in a short period of time, a maybe 3" screen which can receive the wireless signal out in the field, alongside a good ranged RC. Everything should be rugged enough for a desert terrain and reliable enough for ~1 hour of flight. Size does matter somewhat, should be able to fit nicely into a grocery bag or into a briefcase. I want to be able to put this thing up without having to run with it or nothing like that, so a helicopter is a must. Basically, just lay down in a foxhole and be able to deploy this thing and check out where the enemy is at.
Them guys with the predator UAVs over done it, i think this forum could come up with a nonlethal UAV usable by soldiers straight on the field.

If none premade exist, please refer me to the closest course when i can get some skills, or just toss links at me like a wild man and let me figure out how to put it together.

Im shooting to receive either a link to a page containing the premade UAV, a wireless camera that can be easily mounted into a $100 helicopter RC, or a wall of flame saying how dumb i am for asking about a prebuilt piece in a DIY forum.

By realizing it's actually FPV you are looking for, your budget is much more attainable.

A wireless camera that can fit on a RC heli is easy. Here's one for $50. It's the UAV part that's harder.
