Wont airflow over the pressure sensor on the oilpan cause varied readings?..
I didnt see it mentioned but it seems logical to protect the unit from airflow.
Thoughts?

Protect it with felt or another air-let-through foam...
I used a cotton ball with a bit of tape over it to keep it safe from light and wind...
