PROBLEM: Autotune & GPS & Diffrent Modes

I hold the quad( apm 2.8 with neo 6m gps module) in my hand and turn on autotune(just to check will it work or not) it tries to go right and immediate left and lowers its throttle and then rapidly increase its throttle, then i put it back in stabilize and switch to any gps mode ( loiter , althold, poshold) it does the same increase its throttle. That is very strange, for once i thought that  it was happening because i was holding the quad in my hand, so, to verify that i put it on the ground, wait for it to have a gps lock, fly it for some time and then gently land it on my hand and hold it tightly ( to make the quad think that it is flying normally) and try every mode, same result! Also on my mission planner screen, on the map the quad moves constantly, 20-30 meters from the current position even if it is sitting still. Help me out please if you check my previous discussions i am having a lot of problems configuring this. Thanks in advance!
