Problem connecting to Pixhawk

Hi,

I updated to MP 1.3.32.1 and ArduCopeter3.3heli on a Pixhaw and now I always have to try at least two times to connect to the Pixhawk. Using Arducopter3.1.5 or 3.2.1heli and older MP versions it usually worked with the first attempt. Can I do something to get a connection on the first attempt ?
