Problem Loading code with the Shield (blue one)

I Have an Ardupilot (red board), with a shield (blue one). I can't loadcode with the shield attached. I can monitor the serial data, but Ican't load code. All the LED's are working on both boards but I have toremove the shield to load the code. Is this normal?

P.S. I removethe ublox module when loading code.

    Probably a soldering error on the shield...if you can't find the problem, you can ping Jordi and he can work with you to send back the boards and figure out what's wrong.
