When I fly and return back home, I plug APM2 into my computer and it downloads .tlog files.
But if I press "Load Log" button and select one of the logs, I can not play and see my plane moving on the map properly.. Why?
Does it work only if there is 3dr or xbee (or something else) wireless telemetry?
I have only APM2 on my plane. No telemetry. Is this the reason?
From terminal tab, I can download logs and see them on Google Earth perfectly.
But I want to play the mission/flight and see on the map.
Please help.

The MP replays Telemetry logs, not APM logs.
There is a free tool called APMLogVisualiser by Dan Gray that will do what you want.
