Programming ESC

If I am using an ESC programming card, what ESC settings should I use. I have Detrum 30A ESCs.

I have an APM 2.5 and I'm trying to use a joypad (logitech dual action) to achieve maiden flight. I am havig trouble arming the ESCs via joypad for my current settings. My Equipment works fine I have tested each part for working.
