Hi to all, I'm Alessio, I'm assembling my hexacopter. I bought six motor t-motor MN3510 360kv, for my mistake I bought as propeller the t-motor 16X5.4 but the motor's datasheet list until 15X5. Can I damage the motors using the propellers oversized also for only one inch? Do you suggest to buy a new set of small propellers?

No, you won't damage motors by size only.
If you force motors to produce higher power (W) than designed for, they can be overheated and damaged.
You should look into the various ways ArduCopter can limit max throttle/current, and test properly.
