PX4 Logs Not Working

I'm not getting any logs from my PX4. I'm running firmware 3.1.3 on Y6B and using MP 1.3.1. I'm trying to analysis my logs but all I get is 6 lines in the log file. (See below) I've tried formatting my SD card, but that did not help. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

What is the value of your log bit mask parameter?

  I checked my log bit mask and it was 22526. I changed it to 958, which did not help. I then erased and reset the PX4 and reloaded my parameters, with the log bit mask set at 958, which is default + IMU. Still getting tiny logs with no info. The log size is 89 bits and it's like PX4 is not writing anything. When I first erase the logs, the default log starts at 89 bits. Wonder if I should reach out to 3DR support?
