PX4Flow needs 3D Fix (possibly new bug?)

Dear all,

I am testing the PX4flow together with Pixhawk, and it seems to require 3D Fix before arming in Loiter, even though EKF_GPS_TYPE = 3 and geofencing is disabled.

Could this be a new bug due to the new feature of not being able to disable GPS prearm check?
