If i´d like to use QGroundControl, I think I have to compile a other Software for the APM (The mavlink - one) am I right?
If yes, is it developed as fast as the original. Is it possible, there are bugs inside, you removed in the 1.01 Version (Altitude issue on WP1)?

I was told that the actual mavlink branch became obsolete after it was merged with the trunk. I compiled the trunk, and it seems to work just fine. As far as bug fixes, i have no idea, since the code is probably still considered unstable.
APM trunk code i used is located at:

you'll have to use svn to download it.
