Qgroundcontrol and mission planner compatibility

Beginner here. TIA for patience.

I've configured my pixhawk flying wing with Mission Planner, and am ready to fly when the weather breaks, but need to use a tablet in the field. I'm wheelchair bound, so I need everything right to hand. I plan to launch in auto, bungee.

Dumb question1) Is it possible to use the MP configuration- parameters, etc.- and just load qgroundcontrol on my tablet? Will the tablet be able to talk to the pixhawk via SIK radios as-is, with qgroundcontrol, or must I reconfigure everything using only qgroundcontrol?
