Quad copter problem

the quad copter fall down with high speed perpendicularly on pix-hawk autopilot controller, and when i revised the log i saw that the throttle (RCOUT)  increased to maximum on channel number 2 as you see in figure attached and bin file, please can any body help me to find the problem.

  • Thank you my brother i tested the esc and it failed the problem was in the esc.
