Hi,
I am using quaddro ppm 12 encoder.
When i connect it to my pixhawk, it pass through only ch 1.
I only see ch 1 moving on mission planner failsafe screen.
What could be the problem?

Do you have some pins shorted? There is a feature called pass through which will do this thing. I think it is activated if pins 2 &3 are connected.
