I have a turnigy 200w lipo charger (single port). It charges a 5000mah 4s in about 45mins.
My question is: Will charging 4x 5000mah 4s take 45 mins or 180min with a
turnigy (200w) 4x6s quad charger???

It should - looks like it is equivalent to 4 of the chargers in one case.
You will need a decent 12V source though - capable of supplying 35+ amps continuously.
