Radio trouble

Dear all,This mail is with regard to the problem we faced during the configuration of the arducopter. I will explain you the details,and would be pleased if you can let me know any possible solution.We have finished all the calibrations in the configuration tool through arduino,using APM version 2.0.38.The APM number is AT Mega 2560.1.when we are trying to configure the radio through mission planner or any other medium, we are unable to set channels for them, i mean the throttle stick movement is moving the radio 5 output in the Radio input of the mission planner configuration tool,and the aileron stick is moving the throttle,elevator channel is moving the rudder. Our Tx is a futaba spektrum DSM2 mode2 reciever(throttle should be on the left).2.when we areoperating one of the modes in the transmitter, two motors are spinning. We are again unaware about this.3. We have done all calibrations including ESC,FRame,Compass,Level and others, but we are not able to configure the radio.4.Basically the remote is controlling throttle and yaw, instead of roll and pitch and the actual throttle and yaw sticks are controlling channel 5 and6 respectively.We are all set to go except for the reciever configuring, I woould be greatful to you if you can help me in sorting out something with this.Regards,Vijayaditya

    Are you powering the RC pins with an ESC/LiPo? It won't work if it's not getting power. (you can't power the radio with the USB)
