Hi! I finally able to hook everything up with my arducopter and tested the three leds in front. The A led (green) showed solid at start up and upon motor arming slowly blink indicating stable mode as the default and when I flipped the THR CUT (I have a Turnigy TGR 9x transmitter/receiver system) switch up the light rapidly blink initiating acro mode, Led B is off as default and flipping GEAR switch up turns the orange light on indicating GPS hold. The red led does not come up however! Waited until the MTEK GPS blue led on its board turn to solid blue. When this happened, I expect the red led to turn on solid but nothing happened! Thought other GPS unit may have been selected in the code but looking at RC2 confirmed MTEK being the one activated. When I power up the board either through USB or LIPO, all three leds do blink rapidly so the red light is functional except when GPS signal is available. What should I do? Thanks.

I have the same problem as Roger, besides that i have an em406a ( is this the MTEK GPS?) with a red led that blinks slow, so it have a lock on GPS , still no red light on the board ( Oilpan)
Tx signal works it goes from stable mode to gps hold (orange led)

I've noticed that my red LED doesn't come on until I have a GPS lock on the MTEK, and **THEN** flip it into and out of GPS hold mode.
Once I do that once, the red LED stays on.
And I did have to do the hard reset with the button to get it to initially work.
First, you did plug the GPS into the APM board's connector, and not the similar on the IMU board that says "NO GPS!", right?
If so, press the reset button on the IMU board, wait a bit, and see if that does it.
