Replace FPV Board

I have a Iris+ with 3DR's First View system. I have stopped receiving video and 3DR says I need to replace the Telemetry Board.

If I have to replace the board anyway is there a better system board that would tie in and work with the monitor and antennas I already have? I now that there are different kinds of antennas, but I don't know what type 3DR uses.
