Restoring APM 2.7

I'm setting up my APM on a bumblebee carbon fiber frame. I have discovered that the 2.7 firmware works fine with the frame and I am currently running 2.9.1. I would like to restore to the 2.7 firmware. In the firmware tab when I click on pick previous firmware I get a list of numbers and symbols.Am I going through the right process of restoring the firmware or is there another way.
