Try this link above (I just randomly selected a size but they have other sizes)
It is called a spur gear. You will need to know some information by measuring it including number of teeth, module or Pitch (metric/imperial) etc.
The problem is, that's part of a gimbal kit normally. Robot Shop has some as kits and apparently so should Servo City.

I would ask them about them if you can figure out the pitch of the set you have.
