"Finally got around to messing with my copter and solved all my problems. I reloaded the f/w and recalibrated the radio. As soon as I finished this I was able to arm and fly my copter.

"Make sure they are calibrated...I am having the same issue, however, I have an APM1. Someone did mention to me that with the current AC f/w and an APM 2 you have to hit the reset button every time.
