An email I just sent following a phone call from UPS saying "They have launched an investigation":
So, Nitroplanes as well as UPS stand around and point fingers at each other... I'm out $132 dollars or so, and still don't have my plane (the Hawk Sky)...
How many crappy companies are floating around in this industry? I just went through something similiar with a china shipper who couldnt figure out how to mail a skywalker to a US address.
------------------------------------------------------
Look, this is ridiculous.
The item was ordered on the third, I still havent received it... from what I
can see you've put very little effort into addressing the matter, and I just
got a phone call from UPS saying they were investigating the matter.
Today is April 16th. It was a $100.00 purchase, and $31.xx of overpriced
shipping for a box that ways about one lb.
Your company should of shipped a replacement item as soon as there was a
problem and then dealt with UPS, not left the customer hanging.

I've had only excellent service from nitroplanes. I received a kit with a shipping damaged wing. I sent a photo to them and had a new wing in 3 days.
They also let me keep the damaged wings, so now I have 2 sets.
What's the context here? How long has it been lost?
