HiI finally got the last few bits of my quadcopter in today's post ...Now everything is assembled and ready to go.But I would need some help / information with the following issues:- While doing the pre-flight check I realized, that I am not sure about the direction of the APM. Hope this question doesn't sound stupid (it is propably written somewhere), but while flying in X configuration, does the APM look in flight direction (it says somewhere, that the servo pins should always be in the BACK) - or does it look towards motor 3 (like in the drawing on http://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/Quad_Radio)?- if I move the quadcopter with armed motors, I can feel Motor 1 and 2 trying to balance my movement out - but somehow motor 3 and 4 don't seem to respond at all to any movement ...- if I move the stick on my controller to adjust yaw, the quad seems to react very little if at all, but does then very sudden and strong movements in this direction. I am holding right now the quad still in my hand - but this would result for sure in a crash during a real flight ...Hope this all makes sense ...Felix

first of all: which code are you using?
don't move your quad when armed (for your safety), but anyways, this correcting behaviour is like it should be
the yaw reacts very little (because you don't need much force to turn it in the air), it increases the response when it doesn't move like it should
