Hello All , i need to trigger the Sony A5100 from pixhawk.
Can anybody tell me what is the pinout of the USB to 3 pin cable?
Can i connect the cable directly to Pixhawk or i need some other component?
Thank you , regards!
Cristian

Hi guys, I just wrote a blog about using Sony cameras with the pixhawk, according to the API documentation the ILCE-5100 is also supported so it should be able to be controlled by this solution, check it out:

you can check out this: http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/sony-multiport-trigger-solution-s...
i'm not sure if it works with the A5100 you send a mail and find out. It works well i have tested it myself.
I have found a nice trigger setup that I can use with my stratosnapper or with a little converter for Pixhawk from mobilexcopter.
Simple multi shutter - Pixhawk version
Sony multiport compatible shutter cable - JR connectors
I'm Interested too in this solution.
Preferrible a solution for APM (but Pixhawk is fine)
