Was flying my quad, it was quite stable and was working great. Then I took it out today and flew good for 5 or so minutes until it started jerking around. At some points I lost control completely and even had my throttle at 0 with no response.
I attached a log, keep in mind after that incident I already tried resetting it, re flashing etc. In this log it flipped right away and was un flyable
Please help, I am unsure if its an APM failure or ESC issues.
Any help would be wonderful!

Some extra notes:
Flashed 3.2 seems to go twitchy then all the sudden it will kick into RTH and i can't get it back for a little delay then I can control it again, I tried plugging in my quad to computer looked at channel input and they all seemed to be behaving accurately.
It also did a flip right off take off ( and landed:) ) so I think it has to be a APM issue VS receiver / transmitter issue.
