Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here :)
I'm having an issue with my custom built quad and APM, i have followed the guides to set up apm step by step, all seems ok. After everything set i try to test it but i have this issue:
I turn radio on, plug lipo, after a few seconds 3 motors start spinning almost at full throttle.
I have a DX6i and AR6200, fail-safe was blinking, so i tried to plug lipo before turn radio on, same thing, after i turn radio on the motors start spinning.
If i move the throttle stick forward the 4th motor that didn't start sniping starts spinning and speeds as i move the stick, the other 3 are always almost at full throttle.
Because my channel order is not the same as in the APM guide i connected it to corresponding name:
CH1 - Throttle --> PIN3
CH2 - Aileron --> PIN1
CH3 - Elevator --> PIN2
CH4 - Rudder --> PIN4
CH5 - Gear --> PIN5
In Mission Planner Radio calibration all reacted fine to corresponding stick
I had the 4 ESCs connected to APM board but while searching for a solution for this issue i saw its not the way to do it, so now i have only one ESC powering APM, and other 3 only the signal wire. I will be powering it with a UBEC in the future.
my ESCs are HobbyWing 25amp, same as Turnigy Plush 25amp.
I'm losing it here :( tried everything, searched everywhere and cant find a solution, can anyone help me please.

"plug lipo before turn radio on" - never, never, never do this on any RC device ever.
