...and why do you want to take on the liability for someone else's property, without their consent? You could be opening yourself for a legal headache, AKA, get sued. You would have to prove intent of the multi-rotor operator. You would be hard pressed to prove your right to the airspace over your property. Many aircraft can cross your property line, are you going to try take over their craft as well? The airspace is in the public commons.
To answer your question: jamming the freq (the whole 2.4 spectrum for example) of the craft can cause it to fall from the sky (liable for damage done), or at best the vehicle has programed function to return to home (wherever it took off from). Other nav systems will have different results.
