Just went to the terminal tab in 1.0.44, typed in setup, hit enter, typed in modes, hit enter and it drops back out to the command prompt after telling you the current modes. Not getting this issue with the Arduino IDE serial console. Is there an option somewhere which determines what gets output when you press Enter after a command?
