The GPX logs changed with 3.0, need help!

Hiya. Back in 2.9, I used the time and the height values form the GPX log file just fine. However, when I upgraded to 3.0, my GPX files changed. Time is now always stuck on the same value, and height now doesn't start at zero. I attached an old and a new file.

It used to be the time came in like this:

2013-02-25T14:16:24-05:00

2013-02-25T14:16:56-05:00

2013-02-25T14:18:33-05:00

But now in gpx logs taken from copters running 3.0 I get this:

2013-07-09T00:00:00-04:00

2013-07-09T00:00:00-04:00

2013-07-09T00:00:00-04:00

For every log.

So what changed, and is there any way I can get time back in my GPX logs? Also height doesn't start at 0 anymore, that was nice too. Thanks in advance for your help!
