Can anybody tell me where to start looking if my propeller spins up when I engage Stabilize mode?
I have THR_MIN set to 0. TRIM_THROTTLE is 35, but that's not applicable to stabilize?
My radio is definitely not outputting throttle - it remains at ppm 988, but the APM Throttle output jumps to about 20-30%, hard to gauge.
What other parameters can I check?

Jut to add a note here regarding throttle and radio calibration. I had the throttle go way up on my .56 Saito glo plane if I bumped it to auto. Not good / safe! And Auto was not in takeoff mode simply waypoint so I couldn't figure out what was going on. As it turned out in manual mode the throttle simply works with the TX i.e. all commands are ' passed through' the apm However in auto mode the apm takes over and as a safety feature [ ironically ] it was trying to bring the throttle to zero because on the ground it wasn't moving. HOWEVER because I needed to select 'reverse' on the throttle servo calibration in MP but did not realize this it was mistakenly going to almost full throttle instead of zero throttle! That was hours of head scratching!!!!!!!! One of the hardest things for me in setting up apm was the throttle as it is very difficult to test until you actually have it flying and with a nitro engine idle speed ect is far more critical because if it gets too close to zero it stops and then your screwed unlike electric. I REALLY wish there was a test min. max, cruise throttle positions!!!!! Bottom line just because the control surfaces and throttle work okay in manual does not necessarily mean they don't need reversed going through apm. Thought I'd throw this in this thread in case somebody was doing a throttle question searc. Not that the search works for beans in this forum WTH is up with that I don't know!!!!!
Problem was my RC3_MIN was 1100 in stead of 988 - for some reason radio calibration was out. So I simply did a recalibration and everything is working fine again :)
