I a newbie with a brand spanking new APM 2.0 and I'm looking for some good starting off info. My airframe doesn't use any elevators for pitch control. The throttle exclusively controls climb/descent ie pitch. I'm looking for ideas/options which might be the best channels to use and how to properly tune the software to make it function.
I did get an airspeed kit but I haven't determined if I'll need it yet.
Any suggestions would be very helpful

dont be scared thats half the fun ; ) i was (thinking) what if when u setup your radio instead of 100% just 1/2 3/4 whatever max thr. when u fly that might be easy and there is a throttle pitch pid

ok did you go to the search (top right) I have been wanting one of those myself nice and slow but they do not like wind much
