I have put this issue on the back burner to focus on other things but now I need to get this resolved.  

On my Vario heli I have the throttle servo connected to ch8 on the Pixhawk and having RSC set to ch8 input, once armed the throttle moves slowly as it increases but then quickly (normal speed) when going back to idle.  I have tried running the throttle servo directly into my Spektrum RX but this may be causing voltage spikes or something as the Pixhawk acts strange and sometimes resets, although the throttle servo acts normal.  

I am also trying to use a GY701 governor on the throttle/engine and I believe that this slow response issues is also causing issues with the governor trying to reach its target RPM.

Any input is much appreciated!
