to incline or slope 10 degree for Vertical stablizer

Hi all,

Now I building twin boom pusher type like Searcher II UAV.This is my UAV specfications.

Wing span 8 ft,
chord         1ft,
engine        2.8Hp
overall lenght 6 ft

I wanna to incline or slope 10 degree for  Vertical stablizer.May I know 10 degree is enough?Please give me light.
