I want to put my camera with lens point through a cut-out in the bottom of UAS, but I want to add a protective slide hatch. How would I set this up to trigger it with transmitter or even ground station?

Hi,
you probably want something like a quarter circle rotating 90° with a tiny servo. It should be slightly inside the fuselage. In its closed position (covering the lens) the quarter circle segment should point backwards, in its open position forward. You can use the mode switch AUTO setting to keep it open, any other setting to close it or whatever else works for you.
Or, if I could set it up to open only when the pictures are being taken, or set altitude/altitude range?
