UAV Club

I am looking at launching a UAV/RPA club at my local university. Does anyone have any pointers for getting started and what should I get first (Multicopter or Fixedwing)?

    Hey how is it going, well ill ask you what kind of drone interests you. I got really interested in multi rotors due to my lust for RC helicopters. My autonomous drone is a multi but I still love flying my manual helis and planes and everything has a camera. As for starting a club I would discuss it with an engineering faculty member if your school requires a faculty advisor. Make fliers hold a meeting....
