UAV Design & Build

Hey Guys,

I have been flying RC for a few years now (both fixed wing and rotor wing) and have decided to design and build my own UAV. As far as design and build goes I am pretty well sorted however when it comes to the electronics I am lost. I have a Scorpion motor and Castle ESC, and normally use a spektrum dx8 & AR8000 rx. What else would I need to make the aircraft totally autonomous and how do I set it up?

    An ardupilot mega, one of the 2 GPS modules,  a computer with some form of internet.  And your plane.  An airspeed sensor if you really want it to be precise. But I just use the GPS speed.  Telemetry is nice.
