I have this question I hope you guys have the answer, what is the flying ceiling for UAV´s considering low temperatures and the lack of air. And what type of motor would be the best suggested for this purpose.

In the United States (home of the not so free anymore) we are limited to a 400ft. ceiling. If we are within 2 miles from an airport
we can't fly at all.
As far as actual altitude it all depends on the aircraft. i would use a small heating pad that uses an exothermal reaction to generate heat. You can get them at a drug store. it will provide heat for over an hour.
