Yeah its other things as well that are being flown on those licences, but they are hanging around for hours and hours and mixing it with fast movers.

The future is amazing for UAS and no doubt the level of qualification will drop for certain tasks, but if your operating for hire an reward I would'nt like to see it drop below PPL.

All that said in the UK, right now for sUAS all you need to do is fillout the forms, prove you have read the ANO and away ya go.

You can legally take photos for reward from an sUAS in UK!

    Yes we have.
  • Why pay Dakota $15000 when you already have the qualification to become an AVO - just start applying for jobs!
RC experience doesn't matter much unless you want to become EP as well - however most UAV's (good one) don't require EP anymore, in fact they remove that function for field operations.
  • Sorry I have no advice or job openings but I have a question about the course/courses this company runs?

Are the civilian recognised qualifications....By that I mean do civilian companies look for people with these certificates and does the caa/faa recognise them...

I am only wondering because it is a lot of money to pay out, especially the command and control seminar, when really they are not proper qualifications and just locally produced certificates that they give you.
