Ublox will not get a GPS lock when connected to ardIMU

The arduIMU is loaded, all the baud settings are correct, but no matter how long I wait, even in open sky, the blue led on the arduIMU board will not light up to show that the GPS has a lock. I don't know where to go from here. Isn't there a testing program for the gps? Have a link to it?

When you ordered the uBlox, did you select the option to have it programmed for ArduPilot? If not, it needs to be programmed.
