UK ArduCopter parts advice

Hello.

This is my first venture in RC so have doing quite a bit of reading on the boards. I'd like to purchase most of my 'copter components from the UK to avoid import tax and duty and was wondering what people thought of the below setup:

Items are from coolcomponents or UnmannedTech.

1 x Interface Cable for EM401 and EM406 - 1 Foot £1.99
1 x EM406 GPS Lead £1.19
1 x XBee Explorer USB £17.82
1 x USB to Serial TTL Cable (OEM FTDI Cable) £14.95
1 x Xbee Explorer Regulated £7.10
1 x ArduPilot Mega - UAV Controller £39.99
1 x ArduPilot Mega IMU Shield/OilPan Rev-H V1.0 (With pin headers) £113.57
1 x uBlox GS406/GS407 Adapter £14.28
2 x XBee Pro 50mW Module with RPSMA (Series 2.5) £72.42
1 x GS407 Helical 50 Channel GPS Receiver £70.00

Giant Cod
Turnigy 2217 20turn 860kv 22A Outrunner
Hobbyking SS Series 25-30A ESC (card programmable)

Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 2) (v2 Firmware) HK
APC 10x4.7
3S 2650mAh LiPo
Charger
Servo extension cables

Apart from the frame, would I require anything else?

My only concern is with the XBee system running on the same frequency as the RC/TX gear. Not only that, but I'm sure I read somewhere that the Pro 2 modules don't work too well with the AdruCopter setup?

Any advice or hints appreciated :)
