Unable to Calibrate compass on mission planner

Hey guys,

    I'm new to the drone world and would like to get some help on calibration of the drone. I recently purchased an APM 2.8 with the inbuilt compass. I used the latest version of mission planner to install firmware and it was successful. My problem arose when I tried to calibrate the compass. When click on live calibration I get an error message and it doesn't calibrate. The error message is attached as a picture file. Any help regarding this is appreciated.

             Thanks, it works perfectly with APM Planner2.

    Just some mission planner or Windows bug, use ApmPlanner2​, Qgroundcontrol or any other decent GCS
