Figured I'd reset my APM and reload Hex firmware to 2.8.1. I've rebooted my PC, then via terminal mode, under setup I erased EPROM and Reset the APM. But when I try to load the firmware for Hex it fails. Mission Planner downloads the file, and uploads the file to APM, but I get a failed message when it verifies. I've tried this multiple times and no go. Below is a screenshot of the error.
What's happening and how do I fix this?

Go figure it now loaded. Early today I could still access APM, so I went flying. I flew through 3 batteries, so while I was charging my batteries tonight, I thought I'd try to install the firmware and was successful. Go figure. Still would like to know what the error message was all about?
