Using A 6S battery with a 180A Attopilot on Pixhawk

I have a 180A Attopilot on my 680 hexicopter can I run 6S batteries on it ?

yes but the endurance is shorted cause the very lagrge current discharge process

  Interesting ! , are you saying that 6S battery would discharge faster than say a 4S ?
