Using two power source with diode.

See above drawing. I think that to prevent brown out of circuit (due to have dragging of current),

using two diodes and using two BEC seems good (and also in case the one BEC died).

One 3S source is for motor which will be about 2200 mAh or higher, and the other one 3S

source will be very small battery.

 

Using that configuration, I think two 5v source may not fight with each other because of the diodes.

How do you think?

    Keep in mind that the diodes will cause a voltage drop of 0.7V.  So if you have 5V bec's the FCC will only get 4.3V.  I think it's better to just use a powerfull enough bec.  I have a 3amp bec that feeds APM board, camera servos and camera itself.

    Never had any brown out issues.
