hello,
lately I have experienced this problem, all happened after installing a 5v supply ubec on pixhawk servo port, I have also installed a zener diode 5.6 V 5W and a 1000 μF capacitor to smooth the signal.
I have checked my log to see if I can find anything strange on vcc, how you can see on attached image there is no such a difference between min max and values are within threeshold.
the only thing I can tell is that before installing the ubec (which I am going to use to shutter my camera) there wasn't such a warning, actually even analyzing the log I can not find this big voltage difference.
