You will need to post a dataflash log for anyone to examine your vibration level. And if it's an older APM you'll have to make sure your IMU logging is turned on (PX4s and Pixhawks have it turned on by default)
Oh really didn't know that. My data flash seems to be corrupted I can't get the files of my APM.
